List Of Documents For NYSC Online Registration To Be Uploaded By All PCMs (Married Women, Foreign And Locally Trained Graduate)
Hello my beloved PCMs, by now i believe you are preparing for the upcoming online NYSC registration, below are the list of all necessary documents to be uploaded by different sets of prospective corps members.
FOR MARRIED WOMEN
All Married women while registering online for NYSC must upload the below documents so as to be posted to the state their husband resides.
1. Marriage Certificate.
2. Newspaper change of name fom Miss to Mrs.
3. Domicile letter. Click the blue link to know about it.
4. Utility bill: Any current utility bill, can be electricity or water bill.
5. Husband's ID card: Can be his valid National IDcard, Voter's Card, Working IDcard or Driver's License.
6. O-Level/WAEC Result: This one is requested for sometimes so carry it along and let it be the original WAEC certificate not result print out.
If after uploading these documents you are not still posted to your husband's residence then take all those documents to the camp you are posted to and apply for automatic relocation based on Marital Grounds. See also The 4 grounds for NYSC relocation
FOR FOREIGN TRAINED GRADUATES
These set of PCMs don't need senate list, however they must report for and undergo physical verification at any designated center closest to them. Whenever the time for physical verification is fixed, it is usually announced to PCMs with specific dates attached to the centers where the verification of documents will take place. For the foreign trained graduate during registration you are required to go to the cafe with;
1. International Passport
2. Residence Permit
3. Academic Transcript
4. Waec Certificate
5. Institution Certificate
6. Evaluation Letter (You or your school will obtain this from Ministry of Education in Abuja Nigeria)
All the above Documents are required to be Be Uploaded during registration.
Extra Tips To Guide Foreign Trained Graduates During Online Registration
1. The documents you are to upload during online registration are to be originals of your documents and not photocopy.
2. Kindly do yourself a favour and don't not create multiple accounts.
3. The name you will input should be the exact same name on your certificate with the same arrangement.
4. Registration can be done anywhere but you must make sure your thumb printing is done in Nigeria.
5. If perhaps your Institution of study has not been evaluated, you are to contact Federal Ministry of Education Abuja in order to obtain an Evaluation Letter.
6. Report for physical verification as instructed whenever the date is released.
7. Every Foreign-trained graduate is to physically present themselves for physical verification in designated centers. This is usually done after the online registration. They must go alongside with the original copies of their degree certificates, transcript and travel documents.
8. Foreign trained prospective corp members are required to print out a Clearance Slip after their credentials have been physically verified, they are required to present same document during the camp registration i.e, original copies of all their documents/credentials as well as international Passport (s).
9. To avoid punishment and prosecution, any foreign trained graduate with questionable credential is strongly advised not to show up for the orientation exercise.
10. For those candidates who have been exempted, they are required to collect their Exemption Certificate at National Youth Service Corp headquarters in Abuja.

FOR LOCALLY TRAINED GRADUATES
These set of PCMs don't need to upload any certificate or document while registering (They are only required to upload a passport and it must be white or off white background). Their signature will also be scanned and uploaded.
Regardless of the fact that they aren't requested to upload any document, there is need to upload a medical report if such PCM who fall under this category is seriously ill.

Our work is only to update PCMs and Corpers with relevant information about NYSC. As regards to your question there is no official date scheduled yet for NYSC online registration but kindly follow our whatsapp group and you will be updated when its time

You definitely need a marriage certificate, else you can't be posted to your husband's residence

ReplyDeleteI started school 2019 and I wrote my final exams 2023. My statement of result carries 28 Nov, 2024 as the date senate approves results while it carries 26 Feb, 2025 as the date the statement of result was printed. Please during registration which year I'm I going to use as graduation year.
NYSC will be the one to extract your date of graduation from senate list, you are not the one to put it.. More so the date of graduation you should focus on is the one on the body of your statement of result and not the date that shows when the statement of result was issued

The thing is about the graduation date, on the senate list of everyone in the school they input 28th of January instead of 29th. The person in charge of NYSC is presently not in the school he hasn't returned from Abuja yet and he's not picking our call.
What I want to ask is if we should proceed with the registration today or we should wait sir
