The NYSC mobilization process for a locally trained graduate is quite different from the mobilization process of the foreign trained graduates.  Just as the locally trained graduates (students who schooled in Nigeria) are required to follow certain procedures to get their names and details enlisted on the NYSC Senate list, this is different for the foreign trained graduates (students who schooled outside Nigeria).  These foreign trained graduates do not in any way require the Senate list to be mobilized for service, rather they follow a different approach organized by the NYSC management for their own mobilization. A very big congratulation to all 2024 Batch A Stream 2 Prospective Corp Members as their mobilization for NYSC has kicked off. Some schools like Ambrose Alli University and few others have started releasing their internal senate list which will be sent to NYSC for verification and upload.  Uploading of senate list to NYSC senate list portal will commence afterwards i.e after internal senate lists are released.  All students aspiring to serve cannot check if their details have been successfully uploaded to the Senate List Portal for now, you will be updated on our social media platforms when to start checking using the link provided at the end of this post. It has indeed been an amazing service year for the NYSC 2020 Batch A corp members as they are rounding up their service year. All Corp members belonging to this Batch have been looking forward to their Passing Out Parade (POP) in order to fully join the labour market and start making money.  As well know, the NYSC 2020 Batch A were the first set of the National Youth Service Corps to experience the COVID-19 breakout, as such they did not complete their orientation exercise and were all asked to leave camp until further notice.  Finally, a date has been fixed by the NYSC management for the return of corps members who belong to 2020 Batch A. The NYSC management made the announcement on their various social media handles stating that Corp members belonging to this Batch are required to report to camp on the 29th January 2021. A very big congratulation to all aspiring corp members of NYSC 2021 Batch A, the long awaited moment you all have been looking forward to is here.  The National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) has just commenced the uploading of PCMs data online. As stated on one of our previous post, this uploaded data is known as the Senate list which shows that a prospective corp member is now eligible to register online when the NYSC portal opens.  NYSC just officially announced on their social media handle that the portal for senate list has been opened and respective institutions can now upload the list of their qualified graduates.  Be aware that if your name is not on the NYSC senate list you cannot register online when the NYSC portal for registration is opened. With the Mobilization exercise for 2022 Batch C Stream 2 still unfolding itself to its full glamour, it is prerequisite for prospective corps members who will fall in this batch (2022 Batch C) to commence preparation forehand, as the popular saying goes "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail".  Most prospective corp members who fall in the next batch have been vehemently asking questions like; When the mobilization for Batch C will start and when the NYSC portal is going to be opened for fresh registration, revalidation and remobilization.  Mind you, there is a clear contrast between revalidation and remobilization so do not mistake both terms.
