List of Schools (Institutions) That Have Released or Uploaded Their NYSC Senate List For 2026 Batch

Click Here To See If NYSC Will Extend Closing Date For 2025 Batch A Online Registration

As the NYSC online registration for 2025 BATCH A Stream 2 has commenced and will soon come to an end, Some Prospective Corps Members who still belong to institutions that initially started their internal mobilization but have presently not uploaded their student Details to the NYSC Senate list by submitting their hard copy senate list to NYSC headquarters in Abuja.

These set of PCMs are very worried as regards to the short period of time stipulated for the ongoing online registration as they fear that their school might not meet up with the Senate list upload, hence they will likely end up missing the 2025 BATCH A orientation exercise.

Usually in this type of situation, questions are being asked to know whether or not the NYSC management will extend the closing date for their online registration.

As regards to this, we cannot say for certain or ascertain if that will be the case for 2024 Batch C PCMs but here is what we know;

In previous batches the management has extended the closing date for online registration many different times and here are some of the reasons why these dates are extended:

- The required number of schools expected to upload names to the NYSC senate list portal were not met

- The required number of PCMs anticipated to register for that particular Batch or Stream was not met

- If the NYSC management notice that there can still be room for more PCMs to register and serve even while the expected number of PCMs have already registered.

Now the above are some of the major reasons we are aware of that prompts the closing date for online registration being extended, other reasons might arise.

For those PCMs who haven't registered because of their names not on senate list yet and they are eager to serve, the least they can do is pray for NYSC to encounter one of those reasons which makes them extend closing date for online registration (funny right? Lol), well you never can tell the powers of prayer and faith.

More-so as it stands based on our calculation, there is still a cumbersome number of institutions whose senate list has not been uploaded on the portal and there are errors problems being experienced by PCMs like thumb printing problem and capture which can prompt an extension of date.

There is also the introduction of NIN for online registration of PCMs which has led to so many PCMs not being able to register as a result of the details contained in their NIN not matching the details in their JAMB record.

There is no cause for alarm because there are 3 Batches in a year with 2 streams respectively in each batch so even if there is no extension of date and you as a PCM don't make it to Stream 1, there is always another stream with a new senate list known as supplementary senate list and registration which will come up later.

Kindly stay connected with NYSCBROADCAST, you will be updated if there is an extension in date or not.
