TO: PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS SUBJECT: BATCH “C” 2025 NYSC MOBILIZATION, UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA, NSUKKA OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR CAREERS SERVICES CENTRE, Our Ref: UNR/CSSU.09/02.

In preparation for the National Youth Service Corps mobilization of Prospective Corps Members for its 2025 Batch “C” exercise, all candidates whose names are on the Approved University of Nigeria Senate List – Batch A & Addendum and Batch B 2025 (both Full–Time and Sandwich), should cross–check the list attached to this memorandum for errors in their Names, Date of Graduation and other Particulars. 

Also all outstanding candidates that have issues with their JAMB Registration Numbers and were unable to register during previous batches are required to forward their details attaching their Statement of Result and Jamb Admission Letter to Careers Services Centre, Office of the Registrar or to the email address stated below. 

Those that have done it before should also cross–check the attached list for errors in Names, Date of Graduation and other Particulars.

Please note that any discrepancy in your details after upload to NYSC portal whether on your Statement of Result, Names or Date of graduation, will not allow you to register in NYSC Orientation Camp. 

You are specifically advised to cross–check your particulars very carefully. Students whose Statement of Result are no longer valid are advised to visit Examinations Unit for rectification. 

Also, it is important that you confirm your name from the JAMB matriculation list. Only candidates whose names are on this list (JAMB matriculation list) are recognized as bona–fide students from various accredited institution. By implication, if your name is not on this list – JAMB matriculation list, your application to NYSC scheme for the one year National Service shall be declined.

More so, the National Identification Number (NIN) is now a requirement for online registration by Prospective Corps Members. Therefore ensure that your name in NIN corresponds with your name on the Statement of Result.

All errors, omissions or otherwise must be reported to the Careers Services Centre for immediate correction before the list is finally uploaded to the NYSC Portal.

From FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC NEKKEDE To All Prospective NYSC Batch A 2025 Candidates. Commencement Of Student ID-Card Application Process For 2025 BATCH A NYSC List

This is to inform all students listed for the NYSC 2025 Batch A mobilization that the application process for student ID cards will commence on Monday, 17th March 2025.

Consequently, all affected students are required to apply for their official student ID cards, which will serve as an essential form of identification and verification for NYSC mobilization.

Given the above, all concerned students are advised to proceed with the application process as follows:

• Log in to the official school portal using your credentials.
• Navigate to the ID card section, click on the ID card, then click on apply for an ID card.
• Upload a clear passport-sized photograph with a white background. See full memo below;

AUCHI POLYTECHNIC - Assessment Of HND Students Data In Preparation For Graduation And Mobilization For 2025 Batch A National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

I have been directed to request that you forward the National Diploma (ND) details of all the HND2 students in your departments to the Admissions Office on or before Friday 14th March, 2025 to enable assessment and processing of their details for graduation and mobilization for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). 

In view of the above, you are to compile the names of the affected students in the attached format and submit in both soft and hard copies. Also attach photocopies of their Notifications of Results. 

Deans are to kindly supervise the process and ensure early compliance. See official Memo below:

LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OGBOMOSO DIRECTORATE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS FOR 2024 BATCH C

This is to inform all the Prospective Corp Members (PCMs) who are due for mobilization in November 2024 to kindly note that the information on the NYSC Portal for online Registration for 2024 Batch ‘C’ is mainly for the left-over of the Batch ‘B’ stream II who could not complete their Registration exercise as at the time of Registration; to complete same, as from Thursday, November 14, 2024. 

Please note that the NYSC Headquarters have not directed to Upload the current Batch of PCMs who are due for Mobilization in November 2024.

This Notice Is To All 2024 Batch 'C' Stream 1 PCM Of EKITI STATE UNIVERSITY ADO-EKITI.

This is to inform all those whose names are included in the attached list to carefully crosscheck their details for accuracy. Visit DSA for the list.

• Full Name: Ensure it matches the one on the School Portal. 
• JAMB Registration Number and Matriculation Number: Both must be correct. 
• Class of Degree and Department: Confirm the accuracy. 
• Date of Graduation: This should align with the Senate approval date and must match the date on your Notification of Result. 
• Gender: Ensure it is correctly listed. 
• Phone Number: This is not necessary at this stage, as you will register with your phone number during NYSC online registration. 
• State of Origin: This is not an issue, as the NYSC portal will automatically pull the 
• State you registered with JAMB.

The general public should note that those whose names appear below have received full Senate approval from the University, not just BCOS approval. Senate approval is a compulsory requirement to obtain the mobilization form. Please disregard any rumors suggesting that a graduate can obtain a mobilization form without Senate approval.

If you notice any errors, please report them to the Student Affairs Division starung from 10:00 AM on Monday, 23rd September 2024 tor necessary corrections.

Mobilization Process is still on as we are presently expecting senate approval for some BCOS-considered results. See the official circular below.

Prospective Corps Members From University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) For 2024 Batch A Mobilization Exercise

The Nationa! Youth Service Corps is in the process of mobilizing Prospective Corps Members for its 2024 Batch "A" (Stream I) exercise. Towards this end the University of Nigeria will soon upload its recently approved Senate list and some outstanding graduands to the NYSC portal. 

All candidates except students from Faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine and Dental Surgery whose names are on the newly Approved Senate List should cross-check the list attached to this memorandum for errors in Names, Date of Graduation and other Particulars. 

More so all outstanding candidates who have issues with their Jamb Registration numbers and were unable to register during previous batches are required to forward their details attaching their Statement of Result and Jamb Admission Letter to Careers & Students’ Services Unit, Office of the Registrar or to the email address stated below.
