With respect to the viral news that went around at the late hours of yesterday stating that the Federal Government has put in place a phase 4 lockdown as regards to COVID-19 outbreak, a recently released video has showed that the news was barely a rumour and there is no lockdown which was imposed by the FG as claimed.
