Hurray!!! A very big congratulation to all aspiring corp members of NYSC 2021 Batch A, the long awaited moment you all have been looking forward to is here.
The National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) has just commenced the uploading of PCMs data online. As stated on one of our previous post, this uploaded data is known as the Senate list which shows that a prospective corp member is now eligible to register online when the NYSC portal opens.
NYSC just officially announced on their social media handle that the portal for senate list has been opened and respective institutions can now upload the list of their qualified graduates.
Be aware that if your name is not on the NYSC senate list you cannot register online when the NYSC portal for registration is opened. Even if you try to register, the portal system will not be able to fetch your details because it doesn't exist on the NYSC senate list.
While checking your name you might face difficulty like not being able to select Birth-Year, just ignore it and process it like that or try to use opera mini which gives more access to the birth-year being able to be selected.
If you cannot find your name on the NYSC Senate list do not panic yet because your school might still be in the process of sending her names to NYSC headquarters in Abuja, remember that you can only get to see your name and other details on the NYSC Senate list portal only when your institution sends the hardcopy to NYSC. So verify from your various institution before panicking.
If you see your name on the senate list make sure to cross check that all your details are correct, well it has to be correct because we have advised on one of our previous posts that all prospective Corp members are to ensure that they correct their details both on the jamb matriculation list and in their school before it gets to NYSC for upload.

Please i have not seen Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka sinate list,as i heard they are on strike... Does it mean that no student from the school will go for service in Batch A because registration is about to start?
ReplyDeleteDear Unknown, if your school doesn't release your senate list and send it to NYSC for upload there is no way you can be able to register when portal is opened which means there is no way you can serve.
