NYSC Officially Releases Circular & Announces Date For Uploading of Senate List

There is a recently released circular by the NYSC management which contains important details about the upcoming 2021 Batch C senate list upload for their orientation exercise.
The circular states clearly that the NYSC portal will be opened from 21st September 2021 for SAOs of institutions to freshly upload names on the senate list portal.

Some PCMs are still confuse about the date given on the Circular (21st September) because the date has already passed and they are just getting to come across such important information but we will clear you on that.

Now recall that prior to this day we came across the circular, institutions have already began releasing their internal senate list for correction before it is uploaded and hardcopy is sent to NYSC for final approval. This is to tell you that SAO's of institutions already got the information forehand and had already taken action so do not panic about the date you see on the circular.

It can also be seen that on the circular, the official date it was released is given as 20th September but it was directed to mainly SAO's of institutions and not necessarily for PCMs that was why the circular came across very late to PCMs.

The newly uploaded names will be those eligible to carry out the upcoming Batch C registration when the registration portal opens (Date for  Batch C Registration Not Yet Given).

Also those whose name has been on the senate list in previous NYSC batch and they didn't register will also be able to join the Batch C online registration when it's time, but they should first verify the senate list to see if their name is still there when checking of names on the senate list portal kicks off.

Mind you that the date stated in the circular as the date for uploading of senate list doest not warrant that PCMs should start checking the senate list portal for their names.

Before your name will appear on the senate list portal your institution has to submit the hard copy senate list to NYSC Headquarters in Abuja. Once this is done, students of the particular institution which has submitted such required hard copy can start checking their names.

Kindly keep stay connected with NYSCBROADCAST to know when to start checking your names on the NYSC senate list portal.

Here is the recently released circular below:
